The house comfortably sleeps 8 people. We cap occupancy at 8 to preserve the comfort and experience we designed the space around.

What is the layout of the house?
One king and one queen bedroom on the main floor with a walk-in shower and double vanity. On the second floor, there's one king bedroom and a bunk room with full-size beds, plus a full bathroom with a tub and double vanity.

Is there free parking?
Yes! The driveway fits 4 cars, and the street offers parking for 2 more.

Are kids welcome?
Absolutely! This is a family-friendly rental. We designed the bunk room and its play area with kids in mind. Additional kid equipment on hand: pack n play, high chair, baby gate, baby monitor, kids' dinnerware, and toys to play with!

What is the Wi-Fi speed?
Super-fast 1 Gig internet and a dedicated workspace so you can be as productive as you need.

Is the neighborhood quiet and residential?
Yes, the home is in a quiet and well-established neighborhood.

Is there a washer and dryer?
Yes, a full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, along with several complimentary detergent "pods".

Yes, there is dishware for 20 people, serving ware, high-end stainless steel pots and pans, a coffeemaker, kettle, toaster, and blender. There is bakeware, mixing bowls, a knife set, and kitchen utensils.

Yes! After you fill out all forms, we'll send a door code for self check-in.

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is 4pm and check-out is 11am.

Are there quiet hours?
Yes, quiet hours are 10pm to 7am.

A car is the easiest way to get around Tulsa, especially if you want to see more than one part of town. The house is close to major roads and I-44, so Midtown, downtown, Brookside, restaurants, shopping, and most attractions are a short drive.
Uber and Lyft are available if you’d rather not drive for dinners or nights out. Public transit exists, but is limited.
