Amazing service! Was in town for a couple of events and needed to check in early and they were able to accommodate. Along with needing a later check out in order to get ready for the second event the following day and they had no problem accommodating for that. They were super understanding of my needs and were able to meet them! The room was very nice and clean when we arrived and filled with all the simple necessities (ex: shower products, hand soap, coffee etc)

S4aff was great. Tge bar restaurant was under renovation and not listed. Also pool closed. And only half the elevators worked. I coose this hitel for location and amenities for me and my grandson and was unable to entertain him there as pkanned due to all the closures. Was extremely disappointed!

Room was very spacious and quiet. Weird that there’s no dresser so I felt like I couldn’t properly unpack. Staff is friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast better than most. I only book hotels w indoor swimming pools so I was annoyed that the pool was closed. So was the spa- which the hotel staff was unaware of. So the two reasons I chose the hotel were not available.

The staff was incredibly professional, helpful and polite. Our room was serviced in a timely and professional manner each day of our stay. The breakfast buffet, which was even open on Christmas morning, was one of the best we have ever experienced. All-in-all a spectacular Christmas trip.

Room was very cold, set the room temp at 76 degrees, but it stayed cold, when I plugged the coffee pot into the plug ins under the TV something shut off and lost power to that area, no TV no coffee pot, I am sure there was a GFI somewhere that tripped and needed to be reset, but because of my knees I could not get down to look for one, I took the coffee pot and plugged it in next to my side of the bed to get it to work so at least we had hot coffee. I never received a copy of my bill and still have not, we checked out at six thirty to make it to the Drs Office up the road. The gentleman behind the desk was on his way home and said it would be emailed to me, nothing yet....I am a Bonvoy member so I dont know if any of my points were applied to our bill or not.....we stayed in room 1120 on the 18th and left the next day at 630am.... not happy, we usually stay at Marriott especially if we are in Tulsa.....
