Room could’ve been better stocked and cleaner. The breakfast is definitely not up to par compared to other hotels. Couldn’t understand the staff and at times they couldn’t understand me. Not quite sure how this location is 9 out of 10 but this was my 1st and last time staying here. Very disappointing.

Clean rooms and good service, smells clean as soon as you walk in. Only reason it did not get 5 stars is the breakfast, just waffle, yogurt, coffee and oatmeal.

The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and kind to us. I was traveling with my disabled father and the Hotel Glenpool was even more comfortable than a Hilton brand hotel. This was the best decision we made for this trip! 3 nights, 2 rooms. The beds were great, pillows comfy, towels were nice and soft. Everyone had a smile!

For a small little hotel at that price, it’s solid! My only complaint was the cheap mattress, super bouncy and hard. Outside of that, highly recommend!
