As the staff were nice and the room appeared nice the shower head water pressure was so hard it actually hurt my body. It sprayed out everywhere that it soaked the bathroom floor and blew the shower curtain out so more water on the ground. The bath tub also filled up because it drained very slowly! Other than that, room was clean and nice, bed was comfy and clean.

Property was very clean and appeared safe. I arrived late at night and appreciated that the property was well lit, but the front door was locked which was not very welcoming. What upset me the most is that I had to use a credit card other than the one I had given Expedia because the clerk at the desk REPEATEDLY asked me for my pin number. That was very inappropriate and it made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm sure that if I had left, the hotel would have found a way to still charge my card without having my pin number. I was lucky that I even had the second card on me, because I never carry it. So, if you insist on taking payment at the hotel, you should know how to work your credit card machine. Other than that - It's time to upgrade your mattresses. The one in room 114 is hard as a rock!
