Looks nice in pictures, show up and elevator is broken exterior walls inside are ripped open to the studs. Rooms are gross tiles on floors popping and all grout gone. The shower is gross and plumbing doesn't drain. Definitely not a 190.00 a night hotel.

Need to put numbers on your elevator buttons. Nice staff. I might be a snob where breakfast is concerned. Gravy looked paste like. Rubbery eggs. Just average for the price.

The staff at the front desk was rude and not friendly at all besides the black woman she was super nice. The rooms are worn down the bathroom was disappointing drywall repairs not painted. We stayed in January it was much better.

Overall a good experience. The area was central to a lot of convenient things like Aldis, Walmart, Starbucks, and multiple fast food options.The room was clean. The tv kept dimming and that would probably be the biggest complaint.

Our stay was good, we been there twice! The only thing we were disappointed was the elevator was not working until one day before we leave the hotel! Another things we were expecting to use the pool, but they closed! Breakfast was good!

The elevators were not working. We are an elderly couple and had trouble walking up and down to our 4th story room especially with our luggage. We received no help from the hotel. They had several fans and boxes set up on the first floor which added another obstacle. The pool was closed so my wife couldn't even sunbath while I was away.
