Sink faucet was broken so it sat far back so the water almost went on the counter when you turned it on and was using the body wash in the shower it fell off the wall and hit my daughter in the foot. Overall great place to stay for a concert, they upgraded us which was nice so we will be back to stay again.

Stayed here many times. Our opinion the hotel has gone down in excellence. Poor customer service breakfast bland with little to choose from. Pool closed. With having children they looked forward to it. Room was as expected. Huge stain on carpet.

We were in Tulsa for one night. The room was clean and organized. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice for being free. The faucet in the bathroom sink was loose though.

Awesome stay

The young man at front desk was amazing. He knew my adult daughter and I were alone and when we went out to smoke he kept a close eye on us to make sure we were not bothered. He answered all questions with a smile. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The young woman at the desk the next morning was very friendly. I definitely will stay there again. I really liked the fact that you can't get to other floors in elevator without room key. And they lock the front door at 8 pm and key card opens it also.
