Booked a king room payed in advance showed up and they gave us a queen with out even telling us got to the room and realized it wasn’t what we payed for had to take our stuff all the way back down and they tell us they sold out of kings and there is nothing they would do about it. Around 2 in the morning the first night the ac cover falls off the way and bangs into the table causing an extremely loud noise that woke us up im panic. Hotel keys wouldn’t work in the parking garage would have to call and wait sometimes up to 10 minutes to get out of the garage. Overall worst stay I’ve ever had will never go back to this hotel or any other double tree for that matter.

The room was nice, and clean. Comfy bed, and within walking distance of the arts district, and bok center. I usually stay at the Mayo, but for the price DoubleTree is hard to beat! The free cookies help 😁

The actual room was fine. It was finding out someone had charged $56 at the bar to my room the next day. They did fix it. But if someone could just use your room number and not have proof like Id or room key? But my ride home and morning was just crap. The lady who fixed it when I had questions. She kinda talked to me like I was a little kid. And was rude. But she did get it fixed. I just wish she had been kinder. I’m sure they could pull cameras and know it wasn’t me or my 8year old daughter.

The Hilton Downtown Tulsa was easy access off the highway and very clean facility. I would stay here again if traveling through Tulsa.

Property advertised and i paid for breakfast buffet as we were there for our childs sport event and there is NO BUFFET so we had to get up early and find breakfast for them. The other bad taste in my mouth from this stay was - they did not clean room or make beds even when we put all our belongings back in our bags, we had to ask for towels everyday and they close the free coffee at 6am and advise you to buy a cup from the market!! So disappointing
