No dial tone on phone. Smoke detector was beeping. No wake up service. No lobby computer. Room had dirty furniture. No continental breakfast. Internet Lobby ATM out of service. Courtyards out of service. The key card reader to open the door was faulty and hard to get the door to open. No coffee maker. Just really a poor hotel but the staf were nice and did what they could to make it work.

Sheets were stained, the duvet cover on one of the beds had what looked like a cigarette burn in it. The sink handle was broken. The place looked super dirty so much so that my family ended up getting another hotel that night. The pictures online do not due justice to the fact of how run down this place really is.

LARGE PUDDLE OF WATER IN FRONT OF AC. I ASSUMED CONDENSATION MELT. AC WOULD NOT TURN ON. TV REMOTE DID NOT WORK. NO CHAIR. SECURUTY CHAIN WAS BROKEN. AFTER ALL THAT, I WAS OKAY WITH THE CLEANLINESS AND LOCATION. DECIDED TO GIVE THEM ANOTHER TRY. NEW ROOM WAS BETTER...BUT TV REMOTE WOULD NOT WORK. I CALLED THE FRONT DESK AND WAS TOLD THEY WOULD BE RIGHT UP. 20 MINUTES LATER I WENT TO THE DESK AND TOLD THEM I WAS NOT STAYING AND I LEFT.

The hotel's services and cleanliness were all very poor based on the $85 I spent for one night. The hotel room felt sketchy, refrigerator was not working, AC was poor, and my family was very discomforted by this. We had to wait a lot in the heat before we finally got moved to another room. The breakfast only included coffee and nothing else.

Ad said free wifi but I was never able to connect to anything and no signal on the TV. No actual phone in the room even to call the front desk and the text message number that kept texting my phone telling me that if any problems message there never replied. Shower knobs had mold & mildew and hardly any water from shower head and it was taped on bathroom door would not close. The fire alarm was hanging by the wires. I paid 75 dollars plus a 50 deposit that was supposed to be returned back to my card but has not been yet called and they said it may take 3 days so we shall see. The only plus to it was the did have smoking rooms avaliable and it smelled good.

Horrible experience

No wifi available in my room, I had to go to the lobby everytime i wanted to get on the internet. The TV only had cable because there was no internet in my room. There was no security chain for the door. I booked a non- smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. The tub faucet dripped constantly. The frig looked like it had rust on the door. If I hadn't been stuck because of using my card, I would have gone someplace else. The reservations said there was a breakfast bar that in honesty wad only a coffee pot.

WORST MOTEL

All the appliances were outdated the fridge was rusted, about the door had patch holes in it, the comforter on bed had cigarette burn holes the room was extremely hot when we got inside. Also they wrongfully charges $250 pet deposited when clearly we had messaged them on this website that there would be a service animal and we had the proper documentation and they didn't even ask if they charge this anyway. They advertise a breakfast and they didn't provide that either. I truly want a refund this is the worst experience I've ever had at a motel
