Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was nice but needed deep cleaning. The shower had the best water pressure I’ve ever had at a hotel. Indoor pool and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was yummy especially the waffles!

I was very disappointed with my stay. When I first arrived I was told there was no hot water. When we got to the room it looks like the bedding was never washed. There was make up on their. There was not enough towels for 6 people. The homeless hanging around the property was unsafe. There was one naked and doing drugs right next to the property. The fire exit was propped open so any one could have gone in. Staff had their kids there while working. Including random people sitting in the lobby charging their phone. The previous times we stayed there was better. Now it's gone down hill and very unsafe.
