Room was clean, loved the large bath, bed was named-firm, breakfast included was fine. Elevator was out of service for 1 of the 2 nights I was there 🙃🙃 They were responsive when I asked for a sheet change, the linen staff was very kind. The only thing that was concerning was the way they treated me at the end of the stay. They threatened to call the police on me for overstaying 15 mins past check out time. It was very jarring and escalated past a reasonable point. Unsure on whether I’d return or recommend because of that.

The staff was very rude, especially the guy working the front desk. He was no help at all and every question I asked he kept telling us we could cancel our reservation. I literally had to figure out everything myself. The breakfast lady this morning was very rude . As I was walking into the breakfast area she stuck her arm out in front of me and said “you don’t see that we are closed “. And the hot tub had black stuff on the bubbles !

Room smelled, pull out couch couldn't be used because our son said he could feel all of the mattress springs in his back. The pool and exercise room was only open until 8pm, so after a long day of driving we were not able to exercise like we would have liked. The shower curtain had holes in it.

First, the window in our room had a bad draft. Maintenance came and found the window slightly cracked open. The hotel reeked of weed!! Then, the guests in our hallway were up fighting, running up and down the hall, drinking and banging things around until 1:30 am. Literally fighting, screaming and cursing at each other!! The police were eventually called, management was afraid of the guests. The fighting guests at one point knocked on doors trying to find out who reported them. A woman opened her door once they banged on hers. She was scared!! Needless to say we won’t be back!! Probably the worst Best Western ever!! Breakfast was not buffet style as other Best Western hotels are. The front doors to the hotel were not working. They had to keep the side door unlocked to allow guests in and out of the hotel. The elevator also needs maintenance badly! Also, not across from Woodland Hills Mall!!!
