Room: sheets were dirty smoke alarm keep chirping. Staff: was rude and I don’t think it is ok to take photo copies of people credit cards or ids. And the building is nasty and gross. Will never stay here again or recommend.

I lost my bank card , and they would not let me check in , I had cash and begged to let me pay deposit n cash . I was already distraught , and the lady just wanted to give my room away . Was very hateful ,Had to find another motel . I don’t believe I can use hotel.com again , unless I get a refund for this room that the clerk was anxious to rent to someone else. Thank you

Room was clean, breakfast was good. Ron -----the maintenance man was very, very helpful and so was Sam at the front desk. Desk clerk on evening of Dec. 10 was like trying to pet a pitbull-------has an attitude problem!
