The first room we stayed in had 2 large bugs in it, a loose baseboard but the front door, a fridge that didn't work, a bathroom door that didn't close/lock and had to move our child in the middle of the night and all of our belongings to a new room, we had a wedding in the morning to attend and it was a real inconvenience. The second room we moved to was fine

The room was very clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower was great. While the resort is an older property, it is very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The room was very nice and comfortable but the resort seemed a little worn out. Our check in experience was a little lacking as one key did not work and the front desk clerk didn’t mention the WiFi password or explain what our options for the stay was. View was great, centrally located.

Overall the property was good and I would stay here again. Cons, room felt old, worn carpet, no usb plugs, only one plug on bedside table, no mention of my VIP credit during stay. Pros, property was clean and beautiful, bed was comfortable, room felt clean.

Not a feather-free facility, called the day before checkin didn’t get it done for the whole stay. No housekeeping at night someone brought us a sheet instead of blankets. Bathrooms were not cleaned hairs on toilet, shower and floors The Staff is ridiculously nice, as if they were coached to just apologize for everything. Every one apologizing and blaming someone else and not checking back on the problem and then never getting back to us.No manager on site was a big excuse . No microwave, no towel racks hanging towels on lamps, Poor outdoor furniture cheap and uncomfortable and the porches are really dirty Refrigerator froze all our leftovers. Thermostat not functional and was so bright we covered it with black pants and then were afraid to use it at night to wake up the other person not fun. The spa isn’t a spa there are NO amenities, outside of a hot tub outside, it’s a joke. The staff was so friendly and apologetic it wasn’t real, I heard “I am so sorry” so many times I just stopped trying to convey the issues and get something done about it. The Wyndham experiment was a complete failure.
