The gated community of Ventana Vista is less than one mile south of Sabino Canyon, in the northeast part of Tucson.

The community offers you a heated swimming pool, spa, tennis courts, fitness center and a club house where you may gather with other guests to enjoy games and cards. During your stay you will see old friends and meet new ones! Come enjoy your vacation at Ventana Vista.

Kitchen was well supplied with necessary supplies. Bedrooms and bathrooms really need updating. Awful mattress in both bedrooms. I was fearful I would fall in the bathroom. Imagine most renters are “older” folks who need grab bars, etc in bathroom. Bedroom carpets were very dirty. Needed to be clean. For the price……disappointing. Won’t return to Ventana Vista! Disappointing!!

We arrived at the gated entrance on Feb 18th 2018 in the rain and entered to Gate Code they gave us. It did not open the gate at all..... but instead it dialed somebody's voicemail? After rummaging through luggage and papers we found the "call us anytime if there's a problem number" to plead for immediate help on how to get our car through the gate. It was another voicemail It's been 14 days now....so I guess it would be fair to assume they aren't going to call me back. Some other residents took pity on us getting soaked in the rain and showed us the "gate card system" that was not explained anywhere in the info we were given. And oh yeah by the way.....if your maintenance people ever do drop by the unit, they should look at replacing that shower curtain that has extensive black mould on it.

Clean, comfortable, great location.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice condo in a nice community. Close to outdoor recreation. Only quibble is we ran out of paper towels and almost ran out of toilet paper during the stay. Could have supplied more.
