The hotel itself was nice, clean and staff was friendly. A few things that could improve would be housekeeping. I request towels even went down to the desk never received the extra set of towels I requested for my room. Second they had live music which is great but it was tight next to the elevator which echoed through the entire hotel. Maybe placing it away from the rooms would provide a more relaxing experience for the guests.

Bed was rock hard, windows do not open, either too hot or too cold in room due to horrible a/c system. Large gap in bottom of door let all the lobby noises in the room. Sadly that large gap appeared to be the only source of air circulation since the windows didn't open. I woke up choking for air when I did manage to sleep which wasn't for long.
