Patio faces toward sunsets, foliage creates privacy. Pool is steps away. This unit is larger than typical one bedrooms, extra sq ft creates reading nook and storage for luggage, golf clubs, bike, etc. This nightly price is for 3 month minimum. Other terms can be negotiated.If you are looking in Green Valley, you probably know all the convenient amenities, hiking, golfing, bird watching, scenic highway day trips, 25 minutes to Tucson airport, 35 minutes to downtown Tucson, shopping in Tubac, thrift stores abound, Sonoran Desert Museum, San Javier and Tumacacori missions, local Desert Park and Arid Park, the Beautiful Weather and the very friendly locals and snow birds.
