Great location for a chill family vacation.Quiet neighborhood with downtown, restaurants and both Tuscon Mountain Park & Saguaro National Park (east) in just a quick drive away. Kids loved the pool. Beautiful property in a great location. Everything as promised, easy access, great communication, immaculately clean on arrival. Perfect location for our spring break in Tucson with a beautiful pool/hot tub and backyard for hanging out. Easy access to bike routes on the gates pass route and quick trip to get on the loop. Spacious residence and great kitchen to make dinners at home or easy access to all the great places to go out in Tucson.

The photos do not do the property justice. The outdoors activities are incredible. The pool was a treat, and the hot tub was used constantly. The interior of the house is spacious, clean, well stocked. The kitchen has everything you need, except space for dry goods. There’s no pantry and the outdoor garbage bin had not been emptied and was 2/3 full when we arrived.That is something I would like to see improved. Communication with Steve was excellent. He responded within 1 to 2 hours of all my messages. He did a great job of explaining how to get to the house as well as getting in. We would love to use the house in the future. I highly recommend this rental and I would imagine that anything handled by Steve would be of similar quality.

Host was helpful and home had everything you need from pool towels to cookware. Large home with plenty of bathrooms. 5 bedrooms room for 4 couples and a single adult. Master bedroom is the only access to back yard and pool which worked for us but might create privately issues for some. House was tuck away and was very private, but also close to main roads to parks and other activities.

Great, attentive host. Lots of room to spread out with 5 bedrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Fabulous back yard. Really enjoyed the hot tub as we had a cooler weather week. Lots of bath and pool towels. Great location with short drive to downtown Tucson and quick access to Tucson Mountain Park with beautiful hikes.

Steve was a great host. If you need something....just ask. Large home has plenty of room. Clean. Plenty of towels, etc. Wish memory foam was on all beds but still good. Grocery store is very close. Quiet neighborhood and private, away from inner city. But close. Hot tub was a hit. Stayed 17 days. Family did visit. Weather was perfect. Saw a lot of Arizona. Fine host and lovely home.

Great get away for our family! We were in Tucson for a graduation, we had 8 adults staying and decided we should stay together for convenience and more family time! This house was perfect! 5 bedrooms with king and queen size beds, 3 full baths, absolutely fit the bill! The house was clean and well furnished. The pool and hot tub were just the right temperature! Plenty of towels and floats. It was a quiet oasis and we enjoyed our time there immensely. Steve, our host, was a pleasure to work with. Contacting him was easy and he was quick to respond to all my questions. If we are back in Arizona we will gladly stay her again!

This house was AWESOME!!! Clean, quiet, beautiful, with plenty of towels, supplies & amenities!! Our host, Steve, was hugely accommodating & quick to respond whenever we needed anything!! Comfy beds, lovely pool & hottub & private backyard! We had 3 vehicles & parking was a bit tight, but it worked!! Pretty close to the Sonora Desert Museum, which was well worth the trip! And just 20 minutes to the airport! We highly recommend!!!

Best Stocked VRBO we have ever stayed at. It literally has everything and anything you could need. Tons of Towels, Toys, coffee, paper towels, you name it and it was thought of. Excellent place to stay with family the backyard is great, the rooms are large, it's 1.5 away from a Safeway, close to Gates pass for hiking, 14 minutes from UofA. Driveway entrance is a little tricky and I think would be challenging to have multiple cars pulling in and out, but that in no way would detract from what a great place it is.

If you’re staying in Tucson this is definitely the place to pick! Steve was an awesome host and readily answered any questions I had. The house was clean and spacious perfect for a bit of a larger group. The backyard was simply gorgeous. The pool/hot tub was awesome and Steve had many pool floats available. We took our son and his friends to this property to celebrate his 14th birthday for the weekend. Our stay was fabulous for many reasons! First, the home was clean, clean, clean! This is very important to me since the same cannot be said for some homes we have rented in the past. Also, the home is nicely (and simply) decorated to make it feel like a hotel rather than someone’s home. The backyard is beautiful, and made for some great picture-taking. The air conditioning worked beautifully, (and that means the world to us in August in Tucson)! The light switches, cupboards, and other areas are labeled to make the stay as comfortable and easy to navigate as possible. We didn’t have to spend our time trying out all the switches just to turn on the dining room lights, etc. The smart tvs made it simple for us to add our Netflix, Max, and Disney profiles for easy streaming. The grill looked brand new and worked well. The pool was so much fun with the pool toys and inflatables that were provided (thank you for the sunscreen you set out as well) . The last thing I want to share is how nice it was to have plenty of beach towels, bath towels, trash bags, paper towels, and all other accompaniments that some rental homes provide very little of. Sometimes I feel like a child on an allowance with the dish soap or hand soap, etc. Anyways, thank you Steve for making the weekend so enjoyable and stress free!

Tucson Reunion

Everything needed and more was provided. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. The large inflatable pool toys were a huge hit too! A crib and toys were supplied for the baby. The pool is gated and there is a play area. It is a great spot for a multigenerational stay. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Amazing property close to everything!

We had an incredible stay with our multi generation family. Our son graduated from U of A and the house was perfect for our small gathering! Very spacious and everything you would think you need is there for you. The backyard is wonderful and we did use both the pool and hot tub. Steve was very responsive to any of our questions and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!
