Breakfast was wonderful! After I had my coffee fix, I was more receptive to all! Our coffee maker didn't work in the morning, but was useful for tea at night. Front desk responded to request for help with figuring out TV and air conditioning unit very quickly, kudos for that!

Mandy was great during our check in. Very helpful with all our requests and delivered customer service with a smile. I know she was stressed because there were a lot of people but that didn’t affect her ability to provide excellent service. Property was clean. Beds were comfortable. When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room.

The room was clean and the front desk staff lady that checked us in and out was nice and on top of her job. The breakfast needs a lot of work though. We also had a homeless man who was asked to leave one night come back during breakfast and was cursing at guests. Also the juice machine was not right and put out too much water.
