Clean, comfortable property in gated community

The house and furnishings (including amenities) were above average. If I were rating the house itself, it would be 5 stars. However one of the major reasons we rented this property was the private pool and private jetted "lap pool" and regardless of being heated or not, they were unusable because they were filled with debris. After communication with the host, were were told the pool cleaners had just been there (which if is the case, the hosts are being greatly overcharged for the services) but they would send the cleans back out. The pool was never "re-cleaned" and we were disappointed to not have been able to use the one feature of the property we were most excited about. The back pool area was great for lounging in 80 degree weather, but did not get to enjoy the pool.
