A warm friendly welcome is usually a standard in a hotel or it should be if staff correctly managed . In this occasion it was far from friendly or warm. It seemed I was an inconvenience & muttered & mumbled through the entire check in process to the point of being rude

Beds were quite hard and pillows were lumpy. No microwave in rooms. Bathroom and shower were spacious. Disappointed that there was no breakfast and had to walk over to the Casino. Was hoping for a water/coffee area but there was none. Pool was fun for the kids but the slide was shut down for the season…we didn’t know that.
