Service not up to par.

I booked a room by the pool online, but upon my arrival, I was told all those rooms were taken. They said I would get an upgrade so they gave me a single room with two full beds. Online I was supposed to get a two room king bed room, so I dont think thats an upgrade. My stay was fine but I was a bit frustrated with the service. We also had to wait so they could find key cards because they didn't have any. Plus I was told they would give me honors points and that did not happen. I will chose a different place to stay the next time I'm in Tucson.

Our recent stay at this Hilton property was incredibly disappointing and stressful. During our stay, our car was broken into in the hotel parking area. My laptop, two hats, and our car key were stolen. Because of this, our vehicle is now stuck in the SEATAC parking garage and we’re being charged daily fees with no way to move it. To make matters worse, the hotel has no security cameras on site. We were shocked to learn this, especially from a major hotel brand where safety should be a top priority. This lack of security left us without transportation home and caused major financial and personal hardship. I’ve contacted management directly requesting a refund, as this experience was unacceptable and far below the standard expected from Hilton. I hope others are aware of the safety concerns before booking here.

I have been a customer of Double Tree Hotels for several years and this was the first time I have ever received a phantom/overcharge for food assigned to my room. It only takes once to lose a customer.

Very central to anywhere you’d like to go. Free parking. The room was spacious and beautiful, very comfortable. I felt safe at all times in the hotel/room (solo traveler). Bonus: the cookies they give you are just amazing. Con: only thing I would’ve liked to see is more lighting between parking lot and entrance. I did not see a security guard. But. It’s not terribly long. Overall, I would definitely recommend and I will be back.
