The room had an ajoining room. There was no insulation. It was so loud when the guests in the other room returned. It sounded like they were in the same room. They had music on and were talking. It woke me up at 2am. Honestly, they werent even loud. It was the lack of insulation around the inside door.

It was a very pleasant stay. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient. Our room was clean and tidy. The waffles at the continental breakfast were a favorite! I would definitely come back and refer people.

Great location, great price. My only complaint is that there needs to be a shower mat in the tub. It was slick trying to take a shower. I was afraid that I was going to slip and hit my head against the wall or fall. Plus the curtains didn’t completely block out the outside lights when closed together. Luckily I had a chip bag clip with me that I used to solve that issue.

The property was mostly vacant and poorly lit. There were homeless people in the parking lot, across the street and on the stairwell at the property. We witnessed a drug deal right outside our room. The security lock on the door was broken. There were several rooms that had yellow caution tape across the doors. We felt unsafe and left after 15 minutes at the property. We had to check into another property. We would like a refund

The hotel was close to the freeway which was very convenient. There were unhoused people in the area. One of them was screaming nonsense words. Other people were also walking in the parking lot area. Made us feel unsafe.

In a city like Tucson, there was no ice available at this location. Easy to over-heat without it. Bathroom door has no latch plate/locking mechanism. Had to make rule of, "if the door is shut, don't go in.". Bathroom ceiling looked like it could use some work. Denny's restaurant next door is nice.
