Cute remodeled bungalow near UA

Whole house including back yard. Yard is freshly landscaped with lots of native plants and a few mature trees like the Mesquite in the back yard or the huge pine tree in front. The living room has a loveseat and rocker, a gas fireplace, TV and some nice rugs and decor. The large kitchen has just completely redone with new cabinets, floors, appliances and a farmhouse sink with a view of the backyard. The gas range has a large oven. Lots of cooking accessories. The bedrooms have queen beds with nice windows with black out shades. Each bedroom has a closet and doors you can close. The shared bathroom is also completely remodeled with a nice shower and small Landry machines. The back bedroom has French doors that lead to the back deck with a few chairs and patio lights. It's a nice private place to enjoys the weather.



For larger groups, You can rent the home next door, which is also a 2 bedroom, 1 bath. They have a shared driveway in between.
