PARKING: There are 2 street-specific parking passes in the casita on the TV stand in the living room for use during your stay. Please place it on the dash or hang it from the rearview mirror of your car, and ensure that you are parked on 1st Ave to avoid parking tickets. Please remember to return the parking passes where you found them prior to your departure.

PETS: This is a pet-friendly home, and guests are welcome to bring their furry friends! There is a limit of two pets, and the associated fees are $58 for one pet and $90 for two pets. (Fees are charged per stay, not per night. For two pets, $58 is included in the initial reservation payment, and an additional fee request is sent after booking.) We ask that pets not be allowed on the furniture and that guests pick up and discard any droppings.

We loved this place. It was perfect for our visit to Tucson. It’s a beautiful example of the local bungalows in the university district and is easy walking distance to all the hip strips. It was clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended.

Charmer offers a very comfortable stay, with washer/dryer, bathtub, dining nook, parking permits for street parking, and some household supplies. Its close proximity to the street car is convenient to reach historic downtown and vicinity. Activities at the fraternity house next door may get rowdy!

Off street parking as well as street permit provided by host. Vibrant neighborhood with good shopping .2 miles and great restaurants and market. Quiet, comfortable with a living room and dining nook for Scrabble or eating, spacious bedroom, good drawer and closet space. Plenty hot water and good, quiet air conditioning.
