Nice hotel, a bit pricey but staff are friendly.

Nice Hotel, Good Food, Nice Staff. Clean Onsen facilities. Well maintained, but quite dated inside. Only big problem was my room smelled really bad of damp. Abit pricey for what it is, but the staff were nice and the food was good.

サウナ室がロウリュウで清潔、ほぼ貸切状態で利用出来ました。とてもリラックスできました。3Fの露天風呂はとても小さな感じでしたが、1F露天風呂は温度も熱くサウナと楽しめました。

今回で3回目の宿泊になります。 最初はコロナ禍でサービスが良くなかったのて暫く間を空けて去年2回目の宿泊をしました。そしたらサービスが全体的に良くなっており今回3回目の宿泊となりました。今回は更にバージョンアップしてお出迎え、見送りに力を入れており良い印象でした。 それだけでなく温泉のサウナは最高です。 夕食はもう少しボリュームが欲しかったですが次の改善点としたいとか思います。 また次回もバージョンアップしてる事を期待したいと思います🎵

人手を最低限にしているため、全てセルフサービスと、自販機で対応。部屋には一人１本の水と、ティーパックが一つ。備えの椅子もボロボロで、風呂用バッグも壊れたものを無理になおした物がありました。格式や料金はそれなりのはずですが、温泉宿ではなくビジネスホテルでした。

赤川花火大会で、初めて利用させて頂きました。 夕食が18時からだったのですが それじゃ花火大会に間に合わない！と伝えた所 食事時間を早める対応をして頂きました。 とても落ち着いた館内でした。 食事も美味しかったし お風呂も朝からサウナも有りとても良かったです。

たまたまなのか泊まったお部屋が下水臭かったのが残念でしたが友人が持参していたアロマで匂いが消えたのでそれからは過ごしてやすかったです。 またエアコンから鈴虫のような音が終始聞こえていました。 いずれも改善していただけたら満足度はさらに上がると思いました。 接客やお料理等など本当に素晴らしく大満足だったのでまた利用したいと思います。
初めて口にするお料理から質のよい食材ばかりでお腹がいっぱいでも最後までおいしくいただけました。
鮮度抜群海の幸も美味しかったです
朝食の鯛めしは、 いろんな食べ方で楽しめるような工夫がなされていて贅沢な気分でした

今回萬国屋さんに宿泊させていただきましたが、口コミ通りの素晴らしいホテルでした。 入り口の出迎えの方々も明るく的確でフロントの方々もスマートで分かりやすく廊下ですれ違ったお部屋の支度をして下さったであろう女性も気持ち良く、食事の支度をして下さった女性も好印象です。インパクトが強かったのは無料のかき氷をすすめてくださった女性でした、明るく元気で長い時間頑張っていました。お部屋の温泉は気持ち良く、ベッドもふかふかでぐっすり眠ることができました。 1000年の歴史がある萬国屋さんの素晴らしい文化にも触れる事が出来ます。 私はノドグロの煮付けをオプションでつけさせて頂きましたが美味しかったです、山形牛も美味しくたです。

源泉掛け流し付きの部屋に宿泊。 10階の最上階部屋が空いてるのでとアップグレードして頂き、広さに大満足。温泉も良く何度も入浴させて頂きました。夕食も美味しいのですが、朝食の鯛めしにはやられました。とても美味しい朝ごはんでした。評価が良い旅館というのも納得でした。

施設周辺に足湯があって下駄やタオルを貸し出してくれていた。また、カフェや軽食が出来るところなども少しあって散歩には良さそう。旅館の施設内に無料でソフトドリンクが飲めたり、お土産等が買える売店が広くて良かった。
