Terrible experience at this Hotel.

Booked a standard Twin room (Non-smoking). Up on checking in, it was not available and was assigned a Handicap Room with two beds which did not smell good and was very noisy throughout the night with every flush of a commode above us the water came through the bathroom in our room which smelled of sewage odor from the drain in the bathrooms. Very noisy from the train as well. Every 10-15 minutes a short roar came into the room as each passed. This room was booked over 8 days ago and confirmed as available. What happened? We will never book this hotel chain again.The Breakfast was less than average too Had to use the microwave to warm up food so it was edible. The hotel front desk could only say.."sorry". l
