The staff and area were okay. I needed to do some work, but the internet was so slow and signal so weak it it was useless and a waste of my time. A bright paint job couldn't hide the problems. Room had three chairs -- two were metal, all straight-backed without cushions, and uncomfortable to sit on. Cramped bathroom -- knees hit the wall when on the toilet...

Needs some TLC and NEW linens

This place could be great but it’s old. I can handle old. It was clean but bedding, pillows and bed were disgusting. Stains on sheets and pillow cases and pillows were from the 50s and it looked like it. Also, towels were older than old. A little bit of money invested in these would make such a difference.

Comfortable accommodations with very cheery colors and a bit of a rustic feel. The spa district is easily walkable and this location was an excellent base. Plenty of parking as well. It is billed as a non-smoking hotel with free wifi but of course someone downstairs had some serious weed going for hours my first day, and I could not get the wifi to function at any point during my visit. However, I would stay here again. Excellent price, very friendly staff, and wonderful soaks to be had.

The room was cheery and clean, and there were plenty of linens and clean towels. The room was well-stocked with cups, silverware, coffee and conditioning shampoo packets...but NO bath soap! In the rack of the very dark shower stall, I somehow found a skinny thin shard of bar soap left over from a prior guest. Good thing I always travel with my own bar soap. The curtains were thick to block out the light, but the quite bright street light across the street nonetheless shone through them. Anyone who needs an intensely dark room for sleeping might find that difficult in the Pink Pelican rooms, which all face said street light.

Lovely facilities, great staff, fabulous soaking tubs! My room had a little kitchenette in it, fridge, mic, coffee.....I'm envisioning coming back sometime for a whole week. The courtyard and communal kitchen are nice - I'd like to be there when there are a bunch of folks relaxing to some live music outside. There's also a nice community 'living room'. Helped my aches and arthritis a lot!
