Honestly the lady in the front desk in the mornings was a little rude. She made you feel like a bother when you asked for something like towels. The maintenance guy was the only helpful person in the hotel oddly enough. The room itself was good and the pool was good. Breakfast ask a little off. Not like other ihg hotels.
