Room was great, ground floor as we asked, near entrance from parking lot. Staff member was chill & helpful. Pool was open & not warm enough. Hottub was closed. Breakfast had lots of yogurt, cereal, egg & sausage muffin sandwiches, OJ, waffles, etc! Would def go back, reopen hottub!

When I arrived, there was no one at the front desk. There was a sign that they would return.It took over ten minutes. The carpeting and flooring in our room was so dirty.I would not remove my shoes. The cost of this room for a one night.Stay was definitely overcharged, will not use again.
