The outside is nothing like the inside. Although older and run down looking the room was clean and perfect for our stay. The hot springs soak was nice (minus the guy who kept shushing even the people who were whispering) and the gift shop area was full out cute and useful items. Don't judge this place by the looks on the outside! Unlock the door to your room (we had room# 3) and step into a comfortable, clean, spacious room with plenty of charm and comfy beds. The bath house is incredibly clean and quiet and oh so rejuvenating! If you are in the area, you should definitely check this place out!!
