Chywartha is nestled just above the community hall with amazing views across Gerrans Bay towards Gull Rock, Nare Head and beyond. There are far reaching sea views from the living room with its floor to ceiling window, all the bedrooms and the patio. On a sunny day there are few better places to sit and watch the ships traversing the horizon or yachts and fishing boats meandering around the bay. Even during a gale the view is mesmerising. The accommodation is surprisingly spacious with three ample bedrooms, 2 shower / bath rooms and a lovely open plan kitchen and dining room. There is a private parking space and more close by street parking if required.

The house is centrally located in Portscatho with an abundance of amenities on the doorstep. You could abandon the car here for the duration and enjoy all that this area has to offer, all within short walking distances- from beaches, the harbour, coastal walks, local pubs, shops and restaurants. The beautiful village of Portscatho has something to offer to everyone. There are a plethora of fantastic coastal walks on the Roseland with dramatic promontories, secluded coves, crashing waves and golden beaches. The local shop and The Plume of Feathers are on the village square 200m away. The shop is superbly stocked with a huge range of local and fresh produce, an instore bakery, and a wide range of beer and wine.

Entrance level: Kitchen and dining room with table and chairs, fully fitted units and appliances.
First floor: Master bedroom, large room with sea views, 5' double bed and storage, sofa. Twin bedroom with 3' beds, sea views and storage. Family bathroom with bath, WC and hand basin.
Outside: There is a small patio garden with superb views across the bay, outside table and chairs. The other side of the property there is a parking space for 1 car and a secluded small patio area that is an afternoon sun trap.
