The Inn and surroung property is absolutely beautiful. It is intimate and the lighting and small group firepits are so inviting. Every staff member was very polite and helpful and welcoming. We loved everything about our stay. Our room in the Parkside house was beautiful.

This hotel is a little gem if you are planning to visit the Taughannock Falls. Not far from centre which we drove in for dinner and easy tor the falls hike. We like the hotel as it's got a lot of character, nice view and comfortable bed. The grounds of the hotel are gorgeous and service was top notch.

I am a local and really want to love this place. The infrastructure is lovely. But they are operating it on a shoestring and it really felt that way. The restaurant is closed many evenings (including the evening we were there) and breakfast doesn't start until 8am. We were hungry!

Event coord changed the room we room booked 9 mo in advance w/o permission or any notification of the change, even upon check-in. This error meant we had no balcony, desk space or love seat. The bedroom & bath rooms were a nice size but were not at all what we wanted. The credit to our account was appreciated but certainly did not replace the amenities that we had expected. No dining since chef walked out. Wedding party that took our room woke us up w/ yelling in the hallway late in the evening on our last night. The hotel was in a convenient location for dining & wineries.

We'll be back!

My husband and I stayed in a Lakeview Room that was very clean and modern. All the staff, from front desk to housekeeping to kitchen staff, were very friendly and professional. It's a beautiful property with access to Cayuga Lake across the street via the state park, and just a 20 minute walk to Taughannock Falls. We enjoyed having dinner in the restaurant one of the nights of our stay. We will definitely be back!
