OCCUPANCY NOTICE
This home follows a strict maximum occupancy rule. Please make sure that the total number of guests accompanying you (including both children and adults) doesn’t exceed the indicated maximum occupancy above to avoid cancellation of your stay.

DOGS ALLOWED
This is a pet-friendly home. However, note that cats are not allowed on the property. To adhere to the "Good Neighbor Policy," please remember to keep your dogs on a leash when outdoors, and don't forget to clean up their waste. Excellent modern and luxurious close to downtown truckee we loved it for a family of three would be ok for a family of four also there was a leak from a bathroom which hopefully is fixed. Would def go back !

Overall, the house was absolutely amazing. Great for large parties and the location is perfect to get to all of the best spots within Truckee, The downtown Truckee area which is amazing in itself, and the freeways. The house was clean, nice large spaces to enjoy with the family, kitchen was great, and the outdoor area with the fire pit and BBQ was beautiful. The negative thing I would comment on is the attention to detail on the small things was a bit annoying. At this price, you expect everything to be perfect. Example - there was almost no toilet paper in every bathroom of the house. We ended up buying a huge pack of toilet paper at Costco. Honestly, you would think that toilet paper would be well stocked or at least available somewhere in the house. There were no beach towels to use and barely enough bath towels. The management company did agree to let us use the bathroom towels but went ended up just buying our own. The trash bins weee almost completely full when we arrived on the first day and the trash service did not come until we asked for it to be emptied the day before we left (6th day). It was a bit disgusting and smelly. Finally, before we arrived, the management company informed us that the blinds in the large master bedroom were stuck in the down position. They were actually stuck in the up position and with the house located on a golf course, totally unacceptable. It took 2 days to have them put up some curtains after we requested.
