This 2BR, 2BA Northstar Townhouse is the perfect blend of quiet scenery and convenience. The home backs up to 21 acres of forest land and boasts views of the black-diamond runs of Lookout Mountain.

Conveniently located one mile to the Northstar Village via the free shuttle service. The village has multiple restaurants, shops, ice skating (winter), roller skating (summer), a movie theater, and of course world class ski/snowboard terrain.
The space
Opposite the front door is a lockable closet for storing your skis, boots, boards, and bikes.

Upon entry, there is a landing with a bench to store shoes and coats. Stairs lead up and down from here to the two levels of the home.

The cozy upstairs features a full kitchen, bathroom, dining room table with seating for six, a sectional sofa, and a smart TV. The gas fireplace is perfect for those cold winter evenings. Open the sliding glass door to the back patio, and enjoy the quiet view.

Downstairs, there’s a laundry room and two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Roku TV. There is also a desk with a view of the forest and mountain Bedroom 2 features two full size beds. It is also equipped with a Roku TV so the kids can watch what they want. You will find the second bathroom with a tub/shower combo as well as a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.

sweet spot

This condo was a lovely home base for our trip to Tahoe. We were there for the mountain biking at Northstar, so it was a great location. The condo was clean and as advertised. We were a bit warm at night - a few fans would be a nice addition. The hosts were very attentive and we felt well taken care of.

Excellent condo and location!

Loved this cozy condo for our family of 5. Beds were comfy, fireplace kicks out heat! Plenty of cooking pans and utensils for cooking, but not many spices. North Star restaurants are only ones really close and they book up fast. We did enjoy the crepe/waffle place! Truckee is 25 min drive and if weather is bad even longer, so cooked in most is the time. Drew and Christine were excellent communicators! Great location, shuttle easy to use with app. Would definitely book again.
