Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
- Personal items in fridge -> Clear out
- Sink -> Clear sink of dirty pots/pans you used.
- Return Tahoe Donner guest cards to the key rack in the entryway.
- Close and lock the sliding door to the rear deck.
- Fireplace -> OFF if you were using it (switch on bottom of control pad)
- Heating -> ON at 55°F (prevents pipes freezing).
- Lock the front door as you leave by pressing lock on keypad.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
