You are also just a short drive from the Private HOA Beach at Donner Lake (access included!) where you can enjoy a nice picnic out by the water! Feel like fishing or going for a boat ride? Enjoy easy fishing and lake access from the Donner Lake boat ramp just down the road. This condo helps you escape to your perfect family lake retreat!

-This is an older cabin and sounds travel between all of the spaces fairly easily due to its A-frame nature. Guests walking on the stairs or in the upstairs rooms may prove to be audible to those downstairs.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
