KITCHEN:

The chef's kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a high-end 6 burner gas stove. Also included is a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker, bakeware, cookware, dinnerware! Everything needed to prepare and enjoy a standard holiday meal.

There is plenty of counter space and barstool / breakfast bar seating for 4, in addition to seating for 8 (with one or two more spots on the bench for smaller kids!) at the wood slab dining table.



BEDROOMS:

The home sleeps up to 9 guests comfortably between three bedrooms. Each sleeping arrangement includes professionally washed textiles, with pressed sheets. Towels staged nicely on beds. Additional towels in each bathroom.



The primary suite includes a King bed and a single sleeper sofa, smart TV, and an en-suite with a beautiful glass shower.



Bedroom 2: Queen bed, twin bed, and small workspace.



Bedroom 3: twin-over-full bunk bed, and a kids reading loft. Please ensure the kids practice safty while up here. Use at own risk.



BATHROOMS:

In addition to the primary ensuite, a full bathroom with shower and tub is located just outside Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Guest Access:

You will have full access to the entire cabin, including the private backyard, patio, and garage, with the exception of one locked owner closet. As our guest, you are also entitled to use the exclusive Tahoe Donner resort amenities. Please note that some facilities, such as the Trout Creek Recreational Center which features swimming pools, a fitness center, and saunas, may require an additional fee for use. We provide guest passes to ensure you can enjoy these shared community spaces during your stay.



The Neighborhood:

Our cabin in Tahoe Donner offers a premier mountain lifestyle. You are perfectly positioned to enjoy resort amenities like pools, saunas, fitness facilities, tennis, and golf (extra costs). Historic downtown Truckee is ten minutes away with dining and boutiques. Outdoor enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to hiking and biking trails. In winter, major ski resorts are just a short drive away, making this the perfect base for your adventures.



Getting Around:

We recommend bringing a car to fully enjoy the Truckee area and nearby attractions. Ride sharing and taxis are available but can be limited by season and time. We provide free parking for up to four vehicles with one spot in the garage and two in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.



Other Things to Note:

IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

* Most of the Tahoe Donner private amenities have a nominal fees, with guest pass, if you choose to use them. Trout Creek Rec Center is currently $30 per guest; infants 0-2 years old are free, kids 3-6 are $10.

* All vacation rentals have a max of 6 passes for 6 guests to use amenities at once. There are blackout dates on certain holidays and peak times - check with us for more details.
