Please review these important details for your stay:

* Pet Friendly for a fee

* Ring Door bell located at the front door to monitor arrivals and departures. This also helps prevent bear breakins during our slow shoulder seasons.

* During large storms, be prepared to shovel — sometimes feet of snow. This is part of a Tahoe winter stay. Shovels and ice melt are provided on site. We do not guarantee on-demand snow clearing between HOA visits. Booking in winter means accepting these conditions.

*Homeowners Club Access: Access to the Northstar Homeowners Club amenities (seasonal pool, hot tub, gym, sauna, etc.) requires the provided guest badges and a daily fee of approximately $10-$12 per person. This fee is paid directly to the club upon entry.

We recommend contacting the HOA directly for the most current hours, pricing, and policies.

*Grilling: While there is no private grill at the condo, you can reserve a propane grill at the NPOA for a fee. Please check with the front desk for availability and hours of operation before purchasing food for grilling.
