"We had to get switched rooms through our first hour of our visit. The first room had hair everywhere, the sheets were nasty with hair and different smear marks on them, and there was hair in the drains. I had to go ask for a room switch with how bad it was. The second room wasn’t as bad, but still had a lot of issues. The second room had very low lighting, hair in the drain, smears of some foreign stuff on the pullout couch bed, poop like stains on the bathroom wall. The carpet was very disgusting and never really cleaned with stains on the floor as well.
I will never recommend this state to anybody. If I could give them a zero star, I would. cleanliness is not their strength."
