I wish I could leave 0 stars. This hotel was horrible. Dead bugs on every floor, loud alarms going off due to too many people taking a shower and the bar was closed all 3 days so no food, drinks or coffee was served due to the workers never coming in to work. I was told there was nothing they could do about it. You could get better service at Best Western

The room was very clean! The pillows were awful. The towels were small and only one for each person. The staff wasn't very knowledgeable about how to fix the wifi to connect to Netflix. The ice machine on the 3rf floor was broken and you couldn't get ice.

Liked: Staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff was great. Everybody was so nice and helpful. Let's say that first. The room was just okay for it to be The Courtyard. There was hair everywhere in the bathroom, In the room. That was the second one I was in. The first room the curtains torn, couldn't pull them closed. I've never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their parking lot, REALLY. And I've been to this hotel before, and I did not get charged for parking, so i'm still trying to figure out. When did they implement that in. I won't be visiting the courtyard In Troy ever again.
