On the main level, you will find a spacious living and dining room equipped with a flat screen television, along with a fully open kitchen and a separate WC. The lower ground floor, accessible via a spiral staircase, hosts 1 bedroom with 2 single beds of 90 cm each, a kitchenette, direct access to the terrace, and a shower with WC. On the first upper floor, 1 bedroom features a French bed of 160 cm and is served by a bathroom with bath and WC. Continuing to the second upper floor, again accessible via a spiral staircase, you will find 2 additional bedrooms, each furnished with 1 single bed of 90 cm. The property also benefits from a large west-facing terrace of 30 m2, equipped with terrace furniture and deck chairs. Please note that both the ground floor and the first floor, where the living room is located, have separate outside entrances.
