Renovierungsbedürftig und kalt

Das Treppenhaus hat erheblichen Renovierungsbedarf; das Sofa ist durchgesessen und defekt, müsste also ersetzt werden. Die Küchenutensilien sind bunt zusammengewürfelt und unvollständig, z.B. fehlten ein Flaschenöffner und eine Knoblauchpresse. Die Heizung wurde trotz der niedrigen Temperaturen nicht angestellt, so dass wir sechs Tage gefroren haben! - Aussicht: Top!

Location avec parking bien bien situé dans une résidence sur les hauteurs de Trouville. Possibilité de se rendre à la plage et au centre ville à pieds. L'appartement est propre et fonctionnel. Equipement électro ménager complet. Belle prestation.
