We appreciate the proactive communication from the hosts. The cabin was as pictured, but not as clean as we wished. We weren’t expecting perfect though because we were staying during off-peak season. The parking was really convenient, but we wish the area around was lit just a little bit better. However, we enjoyed our stay overall! The food options in the area were incredibly limited, but again, it’s because we came off/peak season! Of the 4/5 Mighty 5 we visited, Bryce was definitely the slowest off-season.

We stayed 3 nights and received no housekeeping service. We ran out of towels, coffee cups, and the trash was overflowing by the time we left. The toilet was not secured to the floor and tipped forward and back! The office is un-staffed, check-in and check-out are contactless, and they did not respond to 2 messages sent via Expedia messenger and their email.

Everything was absolutely fantastic. The cabin was amazing and I also appreciated being within walking distance of a grocery store and a wonderful restaurant. The smallest issue which really was trivial was that being we were m in a cabin… with very high ceilings …there were some spiderwebs that were difficult to try and tackle. LOL

We arrived late afternoon, early evening tired from hiking. I reserved the cabin for 3 adults, two queen beds. I thought it would be obvious that we would like 3 pillows, but there was only 2. We tried to make coffee. Coffee maker didn't work. The fridge, which was plugged into the same outlet didn't work either so likely a tripped breaker. No one onsite to help. We moved the coffee pot to another outlet. The coffee pot worked but the coffee that it made was horrible. This seems to me to be very poor service for a $260 cabin. I sent an email to the email address provided but did not receive a response. No, I would not recommend Bryce Canyon Log Cabins.

It was perfect for our little family. Easy in and out to all the parks and we always like the simple restaurants in walking distance. Tropic is a great place to stay. We will be back.
