The studio built in natural stone, is situated on the ground floor of an old renovated farmhouse. Vacanza a 5 stelle
La posizione è leggermente periferica rispetto al centro, ma offre una splendida vista panoramica, ventilata e silenziosa. Il proprietario è persona affabile ed estremamente disponibile, ci ha fornito un sacco di informazioni utili a trascorrere al meglio la nostra vacanza, la casa è accogliente e corredata di tutto il necessario. Il luogo è favoloso ed affittando uno scooter siamo riusciti a scoprire quasi tutte le meraviglie della "Costa deli Dei". Consigliatissimo un soggiorno presso la "Residenza Casale San Francesco": non resterete delusi!!! Noi speriamo di ritornarci...

Schöne Unterkunft
Eine kleine aber feine Unterkunft. Im Sommer braucht man auch nicht mehr. Antonio und Francesco Calo sind zwei sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Vermieter. Das Studio kann man nur empfehlen.

Piccola ma confortevole. Ottima la posizione: su una collinetta silenziosa.
I proprietari sono stati molto gentili ed accoglienti. La posizione della villetta, su una collinetta silenziosa, è risultata positiva, sia per il riposo, la strada adiacente non era trafficata, sia per i nostri spostamenti: la nostra era una mini vacanza di pesca...
Nella proprietà sono presenti altri immobili, e un parcheggio privato.
Siamo stati bene! ... ci torneremo!

Soggiorno praticamente perfetto
Appartamento perfettamente funzionale, dotato di climatizzazione, cucina attrezzata e bagno con box doccia. La camera da letto è molto bella, soprattutto la parete di pietra a vista, il letto è molto comodo. La parte esterna della proprietà è deliziosa, la possibilità di cenare guardando il mare impagabile. In giardino è presente uno spazio comune dotato di barbecue e lavanderia (con lavatrice e detersivi). Posizione strategica sia per un giro in Paese sia per raggiungere il mare, sia in auto ( meno di 5 minuti) sia a piedi (15 minuti).
Ultimo ma non ultimo il titolare della proprietà che ci ha accolti con estrema gentilezza e disponibilità nella sua struttura, ci ha lasciato una bottiglia di vino, acqua e uva come benvenuto e ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il nostro soggiorno.
Consigliato al 100%.

Tolle Unterkunft, Hilfsbereite Vermieter, la dolce vita voll genießen!!!
Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr gemütlich und rustikal eingerichtet. Antonio (Vermieter) hat uns herzlichst mit Wein, Obst und allen Informationen rund um Tropea empfangen.
Auch einen Transfer vom Flughafen zur Unterkunft hat er uns organisiert.
Während unseres Aufenthaltes war er immer wieder für Fragen zur Verfügung gestanden. Alles in allem ein TOP Service! Mehr kann man wirklich nicht erwarten.
Eine Reise nach Tropea!? Nicht ohne Antonio und die Familie von Casale di San Francesco

klein, aber fein
sauberes Zimmer, mit Möglichkeit gemütlich draußen unter Bäumen zu sitzen.
Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, waren 8 Tage dort. ca. 1,2 km bis zur Altstadt an
viel befahrener Straße ohne Fußgängerweg.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage!
Bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr freundlich vom Vermieter begrüßt, sogar ein guter Prosecco stand für uns bereit. Das Appartment verfügt trotz seiner kleinen Größe über alle notwendigen Einrichtungsgegenstände. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und mit Geschmack gestaltet. Die Lage des Appartments eignet sich hervorragend um zu Fuß in die Stand oder an den Strand zu gehen. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und und empfehlen die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter!

Kurzurlaub
da ich nur auf der durchreise war und 2 nächte in der wohnung verbracht habe, fand ich diese dafür hervorragend.
für einen längeren urlaub würde ich sie für 2 personen etwas als zu beengt empfinden.
die niedliche wohnung war im ganzen sauber und gepflegt, man konnte sich wohlfühlen......der parkplatz direkt vor der türe bequem zu erreichen, auch der sitzplatz direkt vor der türe.
zum empfang gab es eine schale obst, 1 flasche sekt sowie 1 flasche mineralwasser.
francesco ist ein sehr freundlicher vermieter und die schlüsselübergabe, wie abreise hat bestens funktioniert.
tropea und die strände ist traumhaft schön und weiter zu empfehlen.
ich wünsche francesco noch weiterhin viele gäste.
