A very disappointing hotel where you seem to have to pay extra for almost everything, even basic amenities. Even room cleaning—which should be included in the price—comes with a surprise: you have to request it every single day. The hotel is expensive, poorly located, and the staff are unfriendly and unhelpful. Overall, it offers very poor value for money, and I would not stay here again.

They do not have body lotion in the room. I was standing in front of the reception staff waiting to be served for checking in. He was'nt busy. He just looked at me without saying a word. I approached him first instead of him approaching me as a guest. Being a guest relations job must be courteous to anyone. It is just my experience at that moment. I presumed he's not like that all the time.

Veldig bra opphold, dusj var tett men ansatte fikset raskt opp i det. Frokost var veldig bra, mye utvalg. Fantastisk med egen barnebuffet. Litt lite rom til familierom å være. Alt i alt fornøyd. Synd at utsikten var stengt. Vi skulle gjerne sett den.
