We were given a room for folks with disabilities for our first night. The shower felt like a hospital bathroom. The shower curtain was stained. They did offer a regular room for the Sunday night and kindly moved our things for us. The staff were apologetic but unable to provide the proper room for the first night.

Central location is walkable to all the major attractions. The accommodations are overall comfortable. There was a heat wave when we were there and unfortunately, the hotel did not have enough fans for the guests. We were given a very weak vertical fan, which was better than nothing. Breakfast was really good!

This is a no frills hotel. What I like about it is its proximity to the bus stop and tourist attractions. There are many restaurants nearby also. It does not have air conditioner in the room, but windows can be opened for those times that temp goes above 70 deg F. Breakfast spread was great with many varieties of food. Overall, I recommend this place for its convenience.

Convenient location and wonderful breakfast.

This is a hotel conveniently located in the city center. The staff were friendly and check in was quick. Staff could help with different tasks such as printing off your boarding pass etc. The breakfast was marvellous, so much choice in food and drink, and also gluten free and other allergenic options which is great! Room was clean and tidy. I felt safe there visiting as a single female traveller. Suggestions for improvements: Get a peep hole installed in the hotel room doors and a chain as well. You have no way of knowing who is at the door when someone knocks without actually opening the door to them. Maybe some information in the room about how to contact reception? It could be good to have a kettle and a fridge in the room. When you make a packed lunch for people who are missing breakfast, some more flair and variety would be nice, especially given how nice the hotel breakfast is compared to what you receive.

Great location, Great hotel

Hotel is a great base to stay if you are exploring the city of for business. Main bus route next to the hotel and a taxi is always close by. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant but does a really good breakfast and loads of places to eat within a few mins walk.

Staff could not have been more helpful with necessary information regarding public transportation and parking garage. Staff even tried to book room at another hotel for us closer to airport. We ended up coming back our last night. They stored our luggage in their baggage room during our side trip to Tromso. They really catered to our needs.
