Excellent stay in a perfect location to explore Tromso. The room had a beautiful view over the marina and towards the snowy mountains. Despite being cold outside, the room was lovely and warm and the beds were soft and comfortable. Would highly recommend this hotel and hope to visit again one day.

Great location on the water while also in the city center. Breakfast was also good with many choices of food and beverage. Always seemed full with guests which also meant that check in was not until mid to late afternoon as they noted on their site.

The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Room was clean but signs of wear and tear. Cups and glasses were left dirty but everything else was cleaned. Breakfast was amazing, wide selection of everything you could possibly want. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast. Family room was perfect for families all wanting to share a room, with bunk beds for the kids. Room was small, but perfectly fine. Heated floor in the bathroom helped keep things dry!
