Lovely clean room with stunning view. Centrally placed hotel. Staff were friendly, especially the restaurant staff. Breakfast was so good, with plenty to choose from, the fresh breads were amazing. We payed for dinner at the restaurant and cannot fault the buffet or the wine line. Would definitely recommend and stay here again

We had a fantastic time, the breakfast is a must (and a great way to start the day!). The rooms are a little small but they’re manageable. Staff are all lovely. Perfect location to be central. Would 100% stay again.

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel has a good location, unfortunately you have to cope with the ship's noise. We were last time in the other side of the hotel and there you heard it less! The new cleaning system is good for the environment and the hotel, unfortunately the customer does not benefit from this system because the prices are not reduced

Checked into a room that had another persons hair in the bed and toiletries in the shower. I went to the front desk and requested the room be cleaned. A few hours later returned to hotel and room had not been cleaned. I spoke with the front desk and manager who stated they would send up housekeeping. Half of my stay was spent in a room that was not properly cleaned. I should have checked in across the street after the first request for housekeeping was not completed.
