Staff were nice. Room was defiantly not comfortable. Beds are super tiny. Bathroom was awkward (shower hits the toilet so water goes everywhere. Pillows had lumpy clumps of cotton. Room never cleaned. We asked for extra pillows - the 2 we got were worse than the original 2. States you can drink the room water - but no cups provided and defiantly cant fit your bottle in the sink to fill up. Overall it's a "comfort express." If your a young single traveler on a budget this place is perfect

Amenities very poor, not even a hot water kettle .bare minimum bathroom items, asking to much info to join Strawberry members for what? Only one cup tea or coffee per day (shocking) since no tea/ coffee in the room. Front office stop was total fail to respect elderly guest. List goes on.

Rooms are big and spacious but beds are very narrow and soft (seems like a Western standard). Wish the shower water pressure could be stronger and that hotel could provide travel adapters for loan. But location was very convenient and we could walk to most of the places that we needed to go.

It is a budget hotel so it's a great price point given that it is located in the City Center. The staffs were great and helpful. Clean laundry room, which came in handy specially after I've been traveling for 10 days in Osloand Alta. The room is small but enough desk space. Unfortunately, my room was at the end and there was a club next to the building so on Friday night the music was loud until early morning. The next time I stay here again, I will ask for the room on the other side of the building.
