Staff seem courteous and the room is ok, as expected for the relative price in Tromsø. Very few cleaning days though, and when they don't clean the fourth day as they are supposed to its not nice. Had to ask twice in the reception and waited until thw 6th day before it was done

Absolutely superb hotel. Considering this was classed as a budget hotel it was fantastic. Location is just the best about 3 mins walk to the harbour and literally in the centre of the city. Rooms were lovely and warm and very clean nd modern. Staff were super friendly. Lobby area was great could get free coffees and a really chilled out vibe to sit and chat etc

We did get there at 1.30pm and knew check in wasnt until 3pm.. so left our bags and went out n about. Came back at 3pm only to be told room not available yet, no manager to speak with and no idea when rooms would be ready. Eventually pushed (as we had trip booked for the evening) and fonally got rooms 5.20pm. Not very well managed and by this time we seemed to be only 2 couples still not in our rooms!

In the bathroom, there's not even one shelf nor cup for teeth brushing so that I had to put my face item on the tile & I had to use my hand for gurgling. Lights are so dark to reading.

Great location staff were helpful and nice. Room was clean but no safe (which I didn’t look in to before booking), no room cleans or towel changes were done which I’m not sure if it’s advertised or not however the team were helpful and got us replacement towels on request.

Great staff very helpful. Despite being a very basic hotel, its clean with comfy beds. Its very conveniently located right in the heart of tromso city centre. I was happy with my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff is ok, they manage what they can… They check-in was at 3:00pm and we received the room at 6:00pm… The check-in process horrible The smell of the alleys like a dead fish The rooms was dirty specially the desk and under the bed. I understand the policy of cleaning on the 4 day, but you have to do it right. This is not my first time staying here
