Standard hotel that met expectations. The standard room is fine, low ceilings, but comfortable temperature. Could do with extra pillows in the room as those available were flat and lumpy. Otherwise a very nice stay with a lovely breakfast included. Note that early check in is only available with a per hour fee. Baggage room is available. Staff are very nice.

Excellent location

Excellent breakfast. Nice bathroom. We stayed in a family room and only one tiny cupboard. Excellent location. Sky bar terrace was great for looking at the northern lights.

Breakfast had abundant options and extremely good. Initial room given was small and faced some ugly AC units but we upgraded and had a lovely room despite it being next door to the lounge. Good location too

Tromso is a must see city and this hotel was great

The hotel had great food for breakfast in variety and quality. Our stay was great and the city is wonderful with many shops and adventures. The hotel location was central and perfect for our walks. The ship tour we took was fun and 50 feet from the front door of the hotel. The hotel has a bar and patio on a top floor and the views of the city and mountains are amazing.
