Thisnis perfectlunloxates but a budget hotel. They dont mention everything is extra. Ie hot tub costs money. There is no cleaning service for rooms even if you ask. Garbage dows not get picked up on hallways.

Excellent stay at Home Hotel Aurora. Exceptional customer service! They answer your questions on line. At the hotel staff professional, friendly and helpful. Our flight was late and almost lost the dinner time. The front desk Sam was helpful and extremely professional handling my concern. We end uo having an delicious dinner, no better way to start our vacation in Tromso. Thanks for the restaurant cooker and stuff that prepared the meals and the friendly stuff. Thanks for tge wonderful experience in Tromso. We are planning to visit again and looking for to see you guys again

Stop over on way home

Great place for a stop over in Tromso. Building is a little dated and in need of a bit of renovation but comfy rooms and quiet place to be. Central and great price! Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice for dinner buffet- salads particularly good! Good value

Where do I start? So bad. Parking was promised to be available but they had no spaces so had to pay 2.5x the price to park eight blocks away. Dinner went to 8pm. Got there at 7 and all hot items were gone. Figured I’d try to jacuzzi…wait…that’s NOK 560 per person for 30 mins!!! Total bait and switch. I must say however that the front desk staff were awesome…they just happen to working for an unfathomably bad hotel.

Great!

Great hotel and location. Hot tub has a nice view. Gym is very basic (treadmills and a few dumbells) and closes at 9pm which is a bit annoying but understandable.

We Stayed at 4 Clarion hotels in 3 different countries for this trip with mostly good experience until we arrived the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport. Home Hotel Aurora Tromso- Freiza who checked us in was really nice and friendly. She found us the perfect quiet room at the end of a hallway away from the elevator to give us good nights of sleep. Though dinner was simple but helpful when you had a bad meal outside! Perfect location too!
