Everything was perfect with 2 exceptions, there were two glasses at the property one with a nice thick 'Merlin Monroe red' lipstick print. And the moon/mars shaped ceiling light came down with a loud booom.

Do not book this hotel. I made a reservation last week through hotels.com and mistakenly booked for September 2 instead of October 2. I didn’t receive an email or text the day before I was supposed to check in like I do with every other hotel I book and then didn’t realize my mistake until I received an email thanking me for checking in (which I didn’t of course). I contacted the hotel immediately but the wouldn’t help me move my reservation. If this is how they treat all customers beware!

Super nettes,aufmerksames Personal. Tolles,reichhaltiges Frühstück. In unserem Zimmer war das Licht sehr dunkel und trotz der Versuche der Technik nicht wirklich besser geworden. Die Brücke hat man zwar gehört,aber die Isolation der Fenster war gut. Wir lagen im 8. Stock auf der Ecke in einer Juniorsuite. Dafür eine tolle Aussicht!

Der Aufenthalt war durch und durch spitze. Das Personal ist für die Konstellation und die Zeit super eingespielt und gaben sich dauerhaft die beste Mühe. Sämtliche Anliegen wurden an der Rezeption sofort angenommen und bearbeitet. Kein Wunsch wurde abgeschlagen und es konnte selbst spontan die Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden. Das Restaurant- oben wie unten- war geschmacklich ein absolutes Highlight. Es gibt absolut nichts zu bemängeln. Leider wurde eine Rechnung auf unser Zimmer geschrieben, welche wir nicht verursacht haben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, leider für zwei Personen viel zu klein und wenig Möglichkeit, sein Gepäck zu verstauen. Zum Glück haben wir dort nur geschlafen. Leider funktionierte die Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht gut. Wir hatten dauerhaft um die 19 Grad im Zimmer. Leider konnte dafür kein Monteur auf die schnelle geholt werden, es wurde aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer angeboten. Was fanden wir nicht so gut: Tagungen (HP&Fortinet) fanden während den Frühstückszeiten im Bereich des Restaurants statt, was dazu führte, dass das Ambiente und die Atmosphäre ziemlich angespannt war und gestört wurde. Das Hauptaugenmerk wurde vom Personal dann auf die Tagung gelegt und das Frühstücksbuffet sowie die Gäste mussten hinten angestellt werden. Dies teilten wir auch sofort dem Personal an der Rezeption mit, welches mit absolutem Verständnis entgegen gekommen ist und dies dem Management so weiter gemeldet hat. Keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vom Hotel.
